Becoming a dentist was a clear choice for me early on. Few professions allow you to help people by relieving their pain while also applying an artistic touch.

I earned my doctorate in aesthetic dentistry and initially trained as a dental technician — two fields that perfectly complement each other! This unique combination, together with my passion for lifelong learning, allows me to tailor treatments to each patient’s individual needs and to see the bigger picture in every case.

Teeth are my profession, but my true goal is to make the people behind them happy for the long term.

Dentistry has fascinated me from the very beginning. While medical knowledge and precise craftsmanship are essential, my main focus is always on the patient — listening carefully, understanding their needs, and working together to find the best approach. This is what I value most in every treatment.

I am currently completing my doctorate in dental materials research. Clinically, I specialize in endodontics, where performing root canal treatments requires patience and a steady hand — qualities that I bring both to my research and my everyday work in the practice.

For almost thirty years, I have been supporting patients together with experienced dentists. Over time, I have steadily expanded my role and expertise. Alongside my background as a dental assistant and specialized dental assistant, I also bring extensive knowledge as an administrative assistant and dental business manager, allowing me to efficiently organize and improve the operations of a dental practice.

As a freelancer, I help ensure patients experience shorter wait times, better acceptance rates from their health insurance, and a modern, seamless treatment process.

I serve as a reliable point of contact for any questions, allowing the dentists to focus entirely on their clinical work and dedicate their full attention to achieving the best possible treatment outcomes.

Since completing my training in Vienna, Austria, my passion has been focused on meaningful communication with our patients. Besides directly assisting with dental treatments, my primary responsibilities include welcoming patients and organizing the daily operations of the practice. I also apply my experience in process and quality management to help continually improve our workflows.

This plays a key role in providing a professional and modern treatment experience, which builds the trust our patients place in us.

Devoting myself wholeheartedly to earning this trust is my daily commitment, and I truly enjoy engaging with our patients.

In addition to German, I speak English and Serbian.

Nilofer Naimi

I have been working as a dental technician for over twenty years. Our patients benefit from direct, quick communication and care, avoiding delays related to coordination, shipping, or waiting times.

My craftsmanship forms the technical backbone of the practice. Since the practice owner is also a trained dental technician, we provide our patients with a holistic and closely connected approach to their dental care.

Besides traditional dental technology, I have advanced skills in digital dental technology. What truly motivates me are the aesthetic treatment results, which often bring new joy and confidence to our patients.

In addition to German, I speak Afghan (Dari).

With over 28 years of experience, I bring empathy and dedication to dental prophylaxis and quality management. I support patients of all ages — children, teens, and adults — always with openness, respect, and a special understanding for those who may feel anxious about dental visits.

Whether it’s professional teeth cleaning, personalized oral hygiene guidance, or teeth whitening, my focus is always on the individual. In quality management, I work to ensure our processes run smoothly and that our team delivers excellent care together.

During an internship at a dental practice, I discovered my passion for the dental assistant profession. The combination of medical knowledge, precise work, and daily contact with people fascinated me from the very beginning.

I completed my training at Nassary Zahnärzte — an intensive and educational experience for which I am very grateful. I am therefore all the more excited to continue as a dental assistant and be part of this team after successfully finishing my training.

My goal is to make our patients feel comfortable and to support them with empathy.

In addition to German, I also speak Persian, English, and Swedish.
